MeTimeMom MOMent Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the MeTimeMom Rewards Program, operated by MTM Shops LLC, DBA MeTimeMom ("MeTimeMom," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the MeTimeMom Rewards Program, you ("customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Overview

Earning MOMents

Customers earn 5 MOMents for every $1.00 spent on eligible products at MeTimeMom. MOMents can be redeemed for vouchers through the rewards program. Please note that MOMents are earned based on the subtotal of eligible product purchases before taxes, shipping, and other non-product charges, which do not count toward reward points.

The MeTimeMom Rewards Program allows customers to accumulate "points, also known as "MOMents"" through purchases made at the MeTimeMom online store. These points can be redeemed for vouchers at third-party businesses that offer services related to relaxation, self-pampering, or overall health and lifestyle improvement.

2. Eligibility for Voucher Requests

Customers who accumulate points, also known as "MOMents," may redeem them for a voucher. Once a redemption request is made, a member of the MeTimeMom team will contact the customer via email within 3-5 business days to complete the voucher redemption process.

MeTimeMom reserves the right to deny voucher requests for any reason, including, but not limited to, businesses that do not meet these criteria. If an initially approved business is later found to be non-compliant, MeTimeMom may revoke the voucher at its sole discretion.

3. Restrictions

  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other monetary offer. They are solely for the services or products outlined by the third-party business.
  • Certain location restrictions may apply, depending on the availability of voucher purchases or services in specific areas.

4. Non-Refundable Points and Vouchers

  • Once your points, also known as "MOMents" have been redeemed and a voucher has been issued on your behalf, the points and the corresponding voucher are non-refundable.
  • If no voucher has been issued yet, you may contact MeTimeMom Customer Support at support@metimemom.com to request a refund of your points, also known as "MOMents". Refund requests must be made prior to the issuance of the voucher.

5. Liability

By redeeming your points, also known as "MOMents" for vouchers and using them at a third-party business, you acknowledge and agree that:

MeTimeMom is not responsible for any of the following when using your voucher at a third-party business:

  • The quality, availability, or experience of the service or product provided by the third-party business.
  • Any additional costs beyond the value of the voucher, including taxes, gratuity, or service fees.
  • The business’s acceptance, refusal, or any restrictions placed on the use of the voucher.

The third-party business does not represent MeTimeMom and operates as its own independent entity. While we strive to ensure that our voucher partners align with MeTimeMom's values, experiences may vary, and the type of experience cannot be guaranteed.

All complaints, disputes, or other concerns related to your experience at the third-party business must be addressed directly with that business, as MeTimeMom assumes no responsibility for the actions, quality, or services of third-party businesses.

6. Research and Due Diligence

MeTimeMom cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of the businesses or services associated with voucher redemption. During the voucher communication process, customers will have the opportunity to accept or decline the selected business. MeTimeMom strives to partner with third-party vendors that align with our values and provide the best possible experience; however, these businesses operate independently, and MeTimeMom is not responsible for their actions, policies, or service quality.

7. Voucher Denial and Cancellation

MeTimeMom reserves the right to deny any voucher request at its sole discretion. Additionally, if it is discovered that a voucher was issued for a business that does not meet the required criteria, MeTimeMom retains the right to revoke the voucher at any time, without prior notice.

8. Modifications to the Program

MeTimeMom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

9. Termination of Participation

MeTimeMom reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Rewards Program if you violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false or misleading information, or engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with the Program.

10. Opt-In for Marketing and Agreements

By participating in the MeTimeMom Rewards Program and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also:

  • Opt in to receive email marketing communications from MeTimeMom. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
  • Agree to be bound by MeTimeMom's [Terms of Service] and [Privacy Policy].

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Austin, Texas.
